DesafioDual es una iniciativa publico-privada que busca trasnformar el actual sistema educativo y laboral en España, proponiendo un nuevo subsistema de formación dual, generando así profesionales culaificados para areas como inteligencia artificial, ciberseguridad y energías acosostenibles, cerrando así la brecha digital para cubrir de forma directa la demanda del mercado.

Nuestra misión

DesafioDual ofrece el enlace directo entre centros de alta tecnología a nivel estatal con empresas privadas que quieran acogerse al programa, en donde los perfiles tendrán la posibilidad de comenzar su carrera profesional en dichas empresas durante 3 años, aprendiendo así mediante contratación directa y roles específicos dentro de la compañíay en pararlelo, el estado ofrecerá formación continua en los centros de alta tecnología concluyendo así en un doble grado de cualificación.
